These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of services provided by San Antonio Balloon Setups (“we,” “our,” or “us”). By booking our services, you agree to these Terms.
We provide balloon décor services including arches, columns, and custom installations for events.
All designs are subject to availability, space, and setup conditions.
We reserve the right to cancel unconfirmed bookings.
Cancellations, refunds, and rescheduling are governed by our Booking & Refund Policy.
Client agrees to provide:
We are not responsible for delays caused by:
Outdoor setups are subject to weather conditions.
We are not responsible for damage or failure due to:
No refunds will be issued for weather-related issues.
We do not guarantee balloons will last beyond the event duration.
Once setup is completed:
Option is determined on booking agreement.
Option A (leave-in-place):
Installations are left with the client after the event.
Option B (pickup required):
We will return for breakdown at an agreed time. Client must ensure access.
Changes must be requested at least [X days] before the event.
We will do our best to accommodate changes, but they are not guaranteed.
We may take photos of our work and use them for:

To the fullest extent permitted by law:
