Deposits

• A deposit is required to secure your event date.
• Deposits are non-refundable under all circumstances.

Cancellations

• Cancellations made more than [7 days] before the event:
  
  • Deposit retained, no additional charges
• Cancellations within [3–7 days]:
  
  • Up to 50% of total booking may be charged
• Cancellations within 72 hours:
  
  • Full booking amount is due

Rescheduling

• One reschedule allowed with at least [5–7 days] notice
• Must be within 30 days of original date
• Subject to availability

Changes to Orders

• Changes must be requested at least 72 hours before event
• Additional charges may apply
• Last-minute changes are not guaranteed

No Access / Delays

If we cannot complete setup due to:

• Incorrect address
• No access to venue
• Client/venue delay

→ No refunds will be issued

Weather (Outdoor Setups)

• Outdoor setups are at client risk
• No refunds for weather-related damage or failure

If we must cancel:

• Full refund OR reschedule offered
